At our Diamond Knit, we use a special computer program called Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. It works together with our tracking system to help us keep track of everything we need to make our products. It creates a list called a Bill of Materials (BOM), which shows us all the materials we need. The ERP software also helps us match the right digital designs to our products and lets our customers have their special login. This means they can see the BOM and look at our database to follow how their order is being made. We also have a system where both computers and people check our products to make sure they are good. By using ERP, Diamond Knit can finish orders on time for our customers all over the world, which is our main goal in making things.
